From the very first consultation until the day of, she communicated with us the entire time and really took away all the stress with decorating. We got so many compliments on the background and balloon arch as well as the floral arrangements she put together. She also worked around our budget and really looked out for us at every turn - even suggesting alternative items that we needed. Not only Yumi listened to me every time I needed a change but she also came up with several different designs that were creative. When she showed up to my condo, she did everything so fast and neat. "Yumi and John are such nice people who listened and brought my vision to life! For my baby's 100 day celebration they went above and beyond to make sure everything was well executed. We emailed at first making sure what I wanted was understood--from the shape, to colors, to how it all looked. I feel like they communicated very well throughout this whole process. Yumi drew up layout sketches for me to see which was very helpful. Even though the shape and color arrangement I wanted wasn't something she was used to doing she adapted really quickly and was able to do such a great job! Along with the sketches, they provide set up and break down which honestly is such a huge help. My bundle included the balloon arch, sign, lettering, plinths, and flowers! Quality of everything was great. It was worth every penny because along with such exceptional service they basically handled everything so I didn't have to worry about anything at all. I look forward to using this company again for my baby's one year birthday party!"
